Melt-blown cloth is the core material of the mask. Medical masks
and N95 masks are composed of spun-bond layer, melt-blown layer and
spun-bond layer, where the spun-bond layer and melt-blown layer are
both made of polypropylene PP material.
The melt-blown filter material is made of polypropylene microfibers
randomly distributed and bound together. The appearance is white,
smooth, and soft. The fiber fineness of the material is 0.5-1.0 μm.
The random distribution of fibers provides more thermal bonding
between fibers, so that the melt-blown air filter material has a
larger specific surface area and higher porosity (≥75%). After
high-pressure electret filtration efficiency, the product has the
characteristics of low resistance, high efficiency, high dust
capacity and so on.

Final payment: 70% prior to delivery. Above machines will be
assembled and ready for pre-delivery inspection at Supplier’s site.
The installation and start-up will be carried out under the
supervision of the Seller’s technicians if the Buyer requests. The
Buyer is responsible for providing the necessary number of skilled
mechanics, helpers and electrician to assist the whole installation
The Buyer is in charge of providing round-trip air tickets,
appropriate local accommodation, meals, and local transportation
for the technicians. The Buyer must assign qualified interpreter
during the whole installation, start-up and training. Service cost
for installation, start-up and training is USD150 per engineer per
day. 2-3 engineers and about one month for assembling and testing.
The Seller gives a mechanical warranty for all machine parts except
from the wearing parts and the problem caused by wrong operation
and other man-made factors; the respective warranty period shall be
twenty-four (24) months after mechanical and electrical
commissioning. However, in any case the total warranty period shall
not exceed twenty-four (24) months after the shipment date (date of
shipping document). Unless the mechanical and electrical
commissioning is delayed for reasons solely attributable to the
Seller. Condition for the effectiveness of the warranty is a proper
storage after shipment, proper erection and commissioning/start-up,
and safe effective storage in case of any delays between erection
